Campbell Lawn & Irrigation is not responsible for damage caused by undisclosed, hidden, improperly marked, or unknown underground items or property conditions.
Irrigation and Outdoor Service Limitations
Lawn care and irrigation results may vary based on weather, soil conditions, water availability, property conditions, system age, prior maintenance, pests, disease, drainage, shade, customer watering practices, and other factors outside our control.
We do not guarantee specific lawn growth, color, weed elimination, water savings, plant health, or irrigation performance unless expressly stated in a written agreement.
Payments
Payment terms will be stated on the applicable estimate, invoice, service agreement, or payment request.
You agree to pay all charges for services authorized by you or performed at your request. Late payments may result in delayed service, suspension of service, collection activity, or additional fees where permitted by law.
Cancellations
